Professional Coaching

Good Questions Only. That’s the name of the practice, and it’s the heart of the work. I offer 1:1 coaching for leaders who want to grow not just in title, but in clarity, confidence, and impact. We’ll untangle your jumbled thoughts, distill your insights, and identify clear next steps.

I’ll note that coaching isn’t for everyone at all times. It requires a certain thirst for self-examination. We will hold up a mirror to your thoughts, doubts and opportunities. But this candor will be accompanied with open ears and an empathetic soul.

Manager Training

This isn’t your typical management training. I lead small cohorts of 8–10 managers through a hands-on, high-trust experience that blends behavioral science, popular culture (yes, even South Park), and real-world insights drawn from your very own team. We cover six core themes (Self-Awareness, Storytelling, Hiring, Goal Setting, Giving Feedback, and Coaching) with a guarantee of no dry slides and no corporate buzzwords.

It’s important to note: there are hundreds of management books and articles written by far more illustrious experts than I. If you’re looking for knowledge, skip the course and read. The real value add is (surprise) the questions we’ll ask as a group together, and the questions we’ll ask both managers and reports to reflect on.

You’ll leave with frameworks you’ll remember, peers you’ll lean on, and a toolkit that actually gets used after the session ends.

Company Deep Dives

Sometimes what an organization needs is not another offsite or slide deck. Sometimes it needs someone to quietly observe, listen deeply, and say what others won’t. That’s where I come in.

Through interviews, shadowing, and system audits, I act as an independent consultant on People matters. I’ll spot patterns in what’s being said. And more importantly, what’s not. I’ll surface tensions between values and behaviors. At the end, I’ll share my findings and work with you to build the company you envision.

My goal isn’t to critique from the sidelines. It’s to help leaders like yourself build cultures that are coherent, humane, and high-performing. And yes, I hope to ask a few good questions along the way.

Testimonials

For a couple of years our team was struggling with attrition, lots of growth and mostly scattered JDs (because of their crazy MD 🤪). Nathan must have had 300 calls with me, trying to help me fix the situation (negative NPS) and even jumped on a plane and made a trip , solely for helping us reduce the vibrations in the team! He has a genuine care for people and appetite to solve human problems.

“This program is super helpful not only for first-time managers, but also someone who is looking to improve to be a better leader in general. Love the practical approach in asking and receiving feedback, and the opportunity to exercise it during the program. I hope I get to carry that with me no matter what I do in life.”

Manager

“The Manager Training program gave me key out of the box insights into becoming a manager. As someone that grew within the organization, with no other managerial experience, this training has been key in my growth. Other Managers, Nathan and books brought key concepts and practices that were outside of my scope, and made me think differently in my role as a manager. It also made me feel heard, like I had a place with co-workers to talk about certain challenges without judgement or repercussions.”

Manager

This has been incredible 🥹 both the in person and virtual sessions added so much. Nathan… special thanks to you for making this happen, for spreading your positivity and enthusiasm when it comes to people and leadership. You’ve went above and beyond for all of us and I can’t thank you enough for this experience that will stay with me forever!
